Ambassador of Friuli on the tables of the Kings, Popes and Emperors since it was grown by the Count Fabio Asquini on the Hills of Fagagna in the XVIII Century, the Picolit has been the real pearl among the Friulian wines.

Picolit is rare and precious because of a genetic disease - the flower abortion, which at the same time is the reason why a universe of flavours concentrates in its few grapes.

A sun yellow wine with topaz brightness, pleasantly sweet with flavours of candied fruit, acacia honey, apple juice, caramel and nougat.

Pairing suggestions

It is great with foie gras and as meditation wine.
