The word "Nexus" comes from Latin and it means "weave".
 
For us it means a combination of vineyards of Friulano between 35 and 73 years old, located on different grounds in different areas. They produce a small amount of grapes that reach a better ripening.
 
The grapes over-ripen on the vine, so that the scents and perfumes are concentrated and give a higher complexity to this wine.
 
Pairing suggestions
Best coupled with smoked ham, fish appetizers and risotto.
