Friulano Valchiarò is a great well-structured dry white wine, straw-yellowed with greenish hues, with intense scents of wild flowers and apple and a typical after-aroma of bitter almond. It should be drunk young, better within four years from the vintage year.

Perfect as aperitif, it perfectly matches with appetizers like San Daniele raw ham, fish, soups, fat cheeses and pasta.
