It was created to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Valchiarò foundation.
It is made only from Pinot Grigio grapes from the Pradis area. Straw yellow in colour, on the nose it displays floral notes and on the palate it is dry and well balanced.
Pairing suggestions
Ideal as an aperitif or throughout the meal. It is particularly suited to fish based dishes.
