Harvesting and vinification:The hand-picked grapes go through a manual selection. The entire wine making process takes
place at a controlled temperature; a first spontaneous fermentation is followed by 15 days
of maceration. The malolactic fermentation takes place in steel.
Aging:
In steel tanks for 18 months.
The wine ages 3 months in bottle before being released onto the market
Alcohol by vol. 14 - 14,5%
