Harvesting and vinification:

The hand-picked grapes go through a double manual selection. The entire wine making process takes place at a controlled temperature.
The spontaneous fermentation is followed by 25 days of maceration, and separation of the seeds. Malolactic fermentation takes place in steel

 

Aging:

For 24 months in French barriques on fine lees and final aging in steel. The wine aging 12 months in bottle before being released onto the market. Numberet labels


Alcohol by vol. 14 - 15,5%
