Harvesting and vinification:

The hand-picked grapes go through a manual selection. The entire wine making process takes place at a controlled temperature; a first spontaneous fermentation is followed by 15 days of maceration. The malolactic fermentation takes place in steel

 

Aging:

6 months in French barriques and final refinement in steels on fine lees. The wine ages 3 months in bottle before being released onto the market.


Alcohol by vol. 14 - 14,5%
