it is complex to grow. It is characterized by balance, finesse and harmony between tannins and aroma, with delicate spicy notes.

COLOR: Light ruby red with violet reflections.
BOUQUET: Delicately complex with notes of blackcurrant, spices, tobacco and black pepper.
TASTE: It knows how to conquer you with a velvety, well balanced and persistent flavour. The finish is fruity and delicately spiced.

ALCOHOL: 13% vol.
RESIDUAL SUGAR: 2 (g/l)
ACITÌDITY: 5.7 (g/l)
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 18°C-20°C
VINIFICATION: Maceration for 20 days at temperatures range from 24 - 26 °C to facilitate extraction the colouring matter contained in the skin of the berries.
AGEING: Twelve month on barrique and two month in bottle before marketing
MATCHING: It is well combined with roast white meat and with meats grid. Also worth trying paired with mature cheese.
