Our Chardonnay grapes are harvested in advance to obtain a more acid and fresh must, which is later on bottle-fermented in the traditional method. lt ages at least 36 months on the yeasts, and it offers a thin and elegant perlage. 
Fresh, sapid, persistent and without added sugars, it is easy to drink and full at the palate.
