The late COBUE harvests are collected on the plant only when over-ripe. They are then immediately pressed in order to preserve their freshness and acidity, which added to the impressive presence of sugars it gives life to this one-of-a-kind  and complex wines. Aromas of dried fruit, honey and candied fruit with a ba Isa mie note.
