This unique vintage is obtained by selected red grapes from the native Garda Lake variety Groppello, which is vinified in white and bottle-fermented with the traditional method (Blanc de Noir). lt ages at least 24 months on the yeasts. Edgy, elegant a nd with one-of-a-kind aromas and flavours. Sapici and mineral at the palate, with a thin and persistent perlage.
