It is the red wine that best represents our land and the Sardinian people in the world. Its organoleptic characteristics reflect the strong and determined character of the territory of Mandrolisai and its inhabitants. The dating of a grape seed find seems to date back to
1200 years BC; it is therefore a native vine that transfers the whole history of Sardinia into the grapes and wine produced. Present in all the wine-growing areas of Sardinia, known by all as Cannonau di Sardegna, this wine has maintained this definition also in the DOC specification.
