The GOLD Mandrolisai superior red DOC was born joining Sardinian origins with the land. This is a
special bottle that contains grapes grown in our centennial vineyards.
It is a wine with an important alcohol level, structure and body, the result of a balanced blend of grape types that results in an easy drinking wine.
Every facet reflects the determination and the character but also the gentleness of the people of Sardinia

VINIFICATION TECHNIQUE

Maceration with pumping over and punching down, aging in oak barrels for 24 months, aging in bottle.

 

TASTING NOTES
Colour: Ruby red, tending to garned.
Nose: Intense, fruity.
Taste: Dry, sapid, full, well structured.

Temperature 16-18 °C
